| On February 27, 1999, Amtrak EMD SW9u 795 pulls Washington State DOT-owned (and painted) Amtrak non-powered cab control car 90230 (converted from EMD F40PH 230) along with the rest of Amtrak train 3, The Southwest Chief, out of Los Angeles Union Station towards the ex-Santa Fe 8th Street coach yard. 90230 was enroute to its new duties in Washington state. |
